every spiritual religion uses astrology. each science uses the cosmos as its frame of reference. knowing and honoring the symbols of our civilization has given to define the planets, mostly empowers control freak efforts to implement the reality we see before us in each single day. the story of astrology can be changed whenever we choose to view it differently than everyone else already has. i see stuff so different in the stars than what "They" say -- except when i don't and i see exactly what They do say -- confuses me so much, if you get confused as well, my apologies. =)
because each industry has its path to grow and evolve along, every industry must be attentive and receptive of the divergent voice not as a problem for what exists, yet rather of the herald for a shift, which we, who do choose to evolve, must choose to acknowledge, be receptive to and include if we want an inclusive world where violence isn't our initial response to anything. today, that is the training we are implementing here in america, violence first as the normal response to confrontations, conflict, disagreements and desires.
our religions have supported translations and definitions of symbols to create a violent mindset as acceptable in response to life we experience. until we choose to acknowledge and use the definition of competence and personal autonomous structure within society as being normal, we cannot choose to eclipse this reality and take our way of life to the cosmos further. oh, we could, yet, why should we? really, non-violence and curiosity must become our prime authority and mode of operation as we journey out now. no longer, are we served by pre-emptive violence against those we .... truth is, we don't know. we don't know what they are actually going to do, we just know that we have the guns and bombs to make whatever they want to think about doing, irrelevant in that arena, so it changes our relationships and our divisions become less conscious so we have a bigger mess in the future?! see what happens, there? using suppression and oppression never ever builds or maintains a successful civilization.
ok, back to the stars and the vision of today -- there are two rectangles in our sky today, format of structures in the astrological charts that i have always found to be true. these rectangles are more trapezoidal, so you are free, with the power of the structures you flow powerfully through, to make inter-dimensional decisions/changes/shifts to support your growth and development along the journey of your own chart. feel life as being in the box(ex) -- don't resent that feeling of limitation, embrace it as the limitation of your need to be responsible in that area of life, and that joy that comes with a lessened load, even if perhaps you expected and desired "A Big One!" this time.
growth without demand of activity with this inherent structure in our cosmic sky today, brings the "Big One" into life if you do not resent how the world needs it to be implemented right now. #RelateRelaxRelease sometimes the cosmos takes center stage for the good of the whole of all of us. each day we create together, you and i, kind decisions make a kind world.

Timing of Love
In the third dimensional world we live in, time is 1/3 of all reality.
Time has an innate consistency yet an ability to be manipulated by schedule or random.
Sequences provide projectable consistencies and then in comes Comet ISON that interferes with the space and vibration of our solar system in its rigid consistent rotation and revolutions, and, well, ISON, truthfully, did not have a chance. But it did make the scene!
Some lives are like that too. Randomly too something to not actually come together to find a space, time and vibration for co-existence, if even just for a moment before moving off again in a different direction.
Comparison and contrast of the geo-centric and helio-centric zodiacs help find consistencies in relationship patterns. It seems that most people really are just looking for their soul mates here on earth and everything else they do is what they do while they search. Some go about it looking at all the different options and others look for it in one specific option that happens to be there. I found the nature in the different dispositions to be one of heliocentric perspective vs. geocentric. I have found in transit, that the consistency of the geo-centric connections can be used to track those comets and find out if one of those can withstand the heat of the Sun as it makes its initial pass-by.

Not ANOTHER Form of Astrology?!!!!
Well, yes there is. The new child on the block: Human Design Astrology. Go on, here's some links -- go run your chart and, you can get some more information about how wonderful you are and the potential you hold and the habits and patterns that hold you back, but you already knew most of the information or did something surprise you? At first I was very ho-hum about this Human Design thing.
Sometimes it takes a minute to understand why the universe shared with you what it did with the impact it did brought that gift, information, understanding, knowledge or wisdom. Human Design Astrology, I believe, is the third form of astrology for me to integrate to have a balanced perspective on the information I realize when I collect all the symbols and tell their stories. And, we all know that three is the magic number. So, I'm going with it.
For experienced astrologers, there is the helio-centric perspective of astrology that I believe is best suited for use with the Human Design concepts. If layered, the information of Human Design Astrology provides either an underlayment or a top coat to the helio-centric focus of the creative person. Often more effective than looking at the traditional natal geo-centric chart, the Human Design system offers an alternative perspective of geo-centric everyday life. This system seems to work best in combination for artists, inventor, creator, gardner, innovative leaders or have strong outer planet or 8th house indicators in your traditional natal chart.
When taken from the helio-centric perspective, the "Sun's view" of your life, you are inviting a perspective beyond just, "What am I here on earth to do?" to a perspective of "What am I here to do for planet earth?" As a living being giving birth to us her children, the earth gave birth to us to ensure her survival in the solar system, the galaxy and the cosmos. We can choose to embody that energy with all its unique gifts and attachment to the cosmos. That is why we are curious.
And, believe it or not, that is actually easier for some people to understand and do.
As the sun, being the center of our solar system has its sphere of influence over its system, the sun is also a part of that Galactic Center reality and it acts and interacts with the Galactic Center (and all that the GC represents beyond that) to empower and coordinate its control, authority and management of its own solar system.
So, what kind of earthling R U?
Seriously. Without getting into the possible reality that we are not all "pure earthlings", let's start with our familiar zodiac (both for the prevailing energy as well as the true cosmic positions) of our reality from a helio-centric position. Its a chart option on most programs, and Astro.com, will generate both a Tropical and Sidereal helio-centric chart of your birth data for free. Where is the earth and moon position? What sign? Start with what you know about astrology and go from there, you may want to read the sun sign information for that sign and say, "I am that for the earth."
For 2013, I have committed to writing here once a month. On this subject, this is the introduction, and I hope to share more thoughts on helio-centric perspectives and more about what I learn for the uses of Human Design Astrology.

Compass Cardinals of Different Hues
Understanding a new reality requires the shift in perception that accommodates a new structure for be-ing.
As you awaken to the notion that you create the reality you see around you, you can appreciate the nuances of your creative source and incorporate more and more of those which lie below the surface of the consciousness. Hidden deep within the crevices of the subconscious lies the source for all you do not understand or for that which you choose to deny your authorship of such creation.
When we abdicate or deny the energies of our source for the first time to the programmed prevailing energies, we learn a new mental process by which our personal habits are created to deal with the world as we experience it. The shift of the mental patterns require conscience and deliberate retraining for us to seek grounding in reality despite the view we see through our patterned vision.
But if one can begin to see the patterned view, then one can begin to see the difference our true sight brings to the world around us. Then, we can begin to create in our truth the world in which live.
Astrologically, the vision of our world is seen through the cardinal points of the zodiac, our compass as you will. Imagine if you will that "true north" has shifted by several degrees but our maps are all aligned with a "north" that no longer registers on our compass. How can we possibly go through life with a map with the reference point of "north" is not reflected by "true north"? The shift of the polar centers of reality cannot possibly allow us to view the map accurately . . . unless, of course, you use the map with an eye incorporating a "correction" of the compass.
Similarly, we must now view our lives in the astrological context. To look exclusively at the tropical zodiac as being the "map of the individual" ... of the true individual ... demands that we stay in the old reality (that of the Age of Pisces) that was crafted long ago and has been used for the purposes of creating the structure of our present reality. Which has its place and context, but as this shift to enter into the new Age of Aquarius, we must too shift our perspective of astrology concept and cardinal points of reference.
The Age of Pisces is dependent upon our Gregorian time structure and the tropical zodiac, hence its applicability with the current prevailing energy that is giving way to the new Age of Aquarius. For most people, this tropical zodiac and structure as it is will be all that their lifetime will experience, understand and know. For others, a new realization and way of viewing the astrological symbols must be engaged and employed, lest the map be based on a reality with which they have no connection. And for others, a hybrid of the two to allow the bridge to be built, the understanding of operations within both realities and the transition between the two can facilitate exponential development and growth.
Understanding the context of the Great Age within any individual's life is a tool of the precession of the equinoxes and the impact of that on the cardinal points of the astrological chart. The integrated use of several schools of astrology (such as tropical, sidereal or actual) dependent on the individual and their connection with the structures that exist on the many levels of our reality, is the task of the astrologer who undertakes the facilitation of the "alignment of the compass" for the individual.
For the intrepid astrologer, I encourage you to experiment in the schools of thought that once were thought to be so separate and unconnected. You will soon find a thread of integration to help bring a shift to the consciousness of our humanity through the individual way your integrate the symbols to find greater depth of experience for a new way of be-ing.

An Abstractionist View
Age is the external experience of your surroundings.

In his book, Astrology of Inner Space, Carl Payne Tobey retells a story that an inventor John Hays Hammond Jr. related to him about the nature of science. Tobey recalls,
"At one point, he put his hand on a floor lamp and [Hammond] said, 'we call this electricity and because we have given it a name we think we understand it, but we do not know what it is. In university, they classify and give names to things and think they have solved the problem. They have not. They do not know what electricity is.'"
Over 30 years later, [Tobey] told this story to a college student. [The student] said, 'But, that was a long time ago. Now, we know electricity is a stream of electrons.' 'Thought up a new name, eh?' [Tobey] commented. The student laughed, seeing the point. 'I guess you are right,' he said."
Not much has changed in over 35 years. And, in these past 35 years, another issue Tobey goes on to discuss has bored even deeper roots for our planet's system of materialism: our educational systems.
"Opinions depend on education and a large part of our education could be classified as brainwashing, and this kind of education is compulsory both here in in communist countries.* * *
There are two opposing viewpoints in science and elsewhere. One is the materialistic viewpoint, the other the abstract. It would seem that the two can never meet. The materialist is less sensitive, restricted to what he can detect with his five physical senses; while abstractionists, particularly mathematicians, inventors and a large number of engineers, see with their minds....
The materialists believe in the doctrine of materialism, which tells us that all cause lies in matter. Others [abstractionists] consider that life itself is a primary cause....
Materialism thrives on rationalization, reasoning to a conclusion a priori, made in advance. Once the conclusion is made, evidence is carefully divided. All evidence that appears to fit into the doctrine is accepted. All evidence in conflict with the doctrine is excluded as not being respectable. Our compulsory educational system is heavily under the domination of the materialist. Our world of material science is principally under its domination."

Using the labels as defined by Tobey, I am an abstractionist with a good dose of materialistic instinct. As it relates to astrology, Tobey discusses the system of houses and some of the more abstractionist views on which to understand the design of house in the horoscope. I highly recommend any student of Evolutionary Astrology to consider Tobey's in depth discussion on house systems.
I have long suspected the "Midheaven" to be the key to the shift of "living sidereally in a tropical world." Given, Tobey's perspective on the houses, I am more convinced that the Midheaven is the way out of and tool to use in the effective operation within "the Matrix" so to speak.
The "tropical" world (the world at large) and modern astrology is based on the materialistic point of view propagated by Claudius Ptolemy (150 AD). Removing from a system of communication and symbols based on cosmic order, the "signs of our time" were etched in stone or matter. It is that stone tablet that we find our clues and the keys to our freedom, only we need to infuse a bit of abstractionist thinking in this materialistic world, lest we maintain a level of superficiality that quiets the thinker, shackles the creators, and martyrs the saviors.
It was Ptolemy's ideas which were integrated into the Julian and then Gregorian calendars. Having a materialist time sequence that is based on what exists and then its existence rationalized (such as having a leap day every 4 years to "adjust" to the conclusion how dynamic time and space will be at that time), rather than experience what life creates in the moment is unnatural and creates an unnatural state of humanity and cosmic energy.
To understand the "unnatural state of humans," one can look to what the natural state is as described in our important documents like the Declaration of Independence, e.g., that humans are free, are creative beings (liberty), and are here to become happier and happier.
In this the next few years, there will need to be many people highly focused, willing and able to effectively operate in both realms of our reality as we transition to the new reality we are here to create. the big "4-O"
perhaps the coolest thing about a basic (or deep) understanding of astrology, is the ability to prepare for what's coming in life. because truth be told, we all experience the same energy, albeit manifests differently and uniquely for each of us. but, we have learned, thanks to things like game theory and quantum physics, that perhaps all things in life can reduced down to a mathematical equation.
so, knowing that, i play the numbers; i use the equations ... i learn by looking at the answer in the back of the book and let the equation work itself out to the desired result. energy and vibrations, as reflected in the symbols of astrology and numerology, are the symbols of my equations. in the lives of an individual, the "answer" is as varied as that which you can visualize as *your* reality or *your* desired result ... e.g., the answer to the question, "what do i want?"
"the mid-life crisis," as it has been called, is the time in life we all experience when the planet uranus opposes the position it took in the sky the morning you were born. uranus represents the "kapow" energy that was infused from the cosmos into the linear time existence of this solar system the moment you came into being.
uranus' transitional opposition is the next most powerful infusion of energy most human beings experience. so crisis? yes, it can be. if your life is not what you want, a crisis exists. the uranus opposition reminds us, through its reflecting of its original energy imprint, what our life is supposed to be.
uranus has little need to be nice about it either. it is pretty black and white, yes and no, but, most of all, it is in your face. uranus demands immediate results. uranus was, after all, the sky god -- everything that was beyond earth is in his realm. he was the power until, of course, gaia or earth, demanded equality. (a mighty planet against the entire cosmos!) the crisis existed because he had to have it his way and everyone else, including gaia, had to comply or there was hell to prove his control ... that is, until she (with their son's help) graciously freed him to be free of his need to control the earth.
this mid-life crisis, if it is that for you, exists because of the need to control the external. in the flow of life, if you are just living your life, the earth (or external) goes on about its way of making life happen for you. the deeper you are connected to your life, your true purpose, and the deeper you can live that life, the more the external things just happen. there is no need to lie, there is no hell to pay, there is no struggle ... life just happens if you give your life the liberty to pursue your happiness. sound familiar, perhaps our forefathers had it right after all.
life is embodied in your purpose and the living of that purpose on planet earth. if you are not doing that, there is a piece of you so deep that is not living. it can be buried in the death of the mundane obligations that so many put before the actual purpose of one's life. which leads us to ... "life without liberty is like a body without spirit" (kahlil gilbran).
liberty is the freedom to be; the freedom to expose that purpose and live your life the way you need to live in order to maximize your life in the universe. "liberty is the power that we have over ourselves" (hugo grotius). to the extent we give away our power to others to control ourselves, is to the extent we relinquish our liberty to live our own lives. the compromise of liberty in relationships is a constant flow of balance and communication so that the life your pursuing may bring you happiness. this is where the force of the uranus opposition strikes the hardest, and the houses of uranus' natal and transitional domicile reveal the areas in life where the force is felt.
the pursuit of "happiness" is what creates our path in life. there are many ways to craft a life of pursuing happiness. heck, there's even a book entitled "the pursuit of happiness." i'm a simple girl, so i just use the pleasure principle: if it feels good, do it. sometimes what is supposed to be a pleasure doesn't feel good, or it feels weird, or it feels forced, or it merely feels not right.
"so," you ask, "how do i use this energy?" after all, this feeling, this energy, this time has been given to you to use ... or not. there are so many stories of success coming out of the uranus opposition ... the "titanic" movie gets made. and there are so many stories of upheaval and disruption ... the divorces, the new careers, the deaths. recrafting your life with the energy leads to some amazing success stories of life shifts. ignoring it will allow the energy to do its thing resulting in a life that is going to prove to you that you were actually here to live your life and not someone else's. if you don't use the energy, the world around you will shift and expose you to the life you were here to live, and give you choice after choice after choice to make (or not), to be free or not.
choice is the breath of life, remember to breathe.
if you are in crisis, it is a time for you to step-up, this is your life.

"liberty is the power that we have over ourselves" (hugo grotius). to the extent we give away our power to others to control ourselves, is to the extent we relinquish our liberty to live our own lives. the compromise of liberty in relationships is a constant flow of balance and communication so that the life your pursuing may bring you happiness. this is where the force of the uranus opposition strikes the hardest, and the houses of uranus' natal and transitional domicile reveal the areas in life where the force is felt.
the pursuit of "happiness" is what creates our path in life. there are many ways to craft a life of pursuing happiness. heck, there's even a book entitled "the pursuit of happiness." i'm a simple girl, so i just use the pleasure principle: if it feels good, do it. sometimes what is supposed to be a pleasure doesn't feel good, or it feels weird, or it feels forced, or it merely feels not right.
"so," you ask, "how do i use this energy?" after all, this feeling, this energy, this time has been given to you to use ... or not. there are so many stories of success coming out of the uranus opposition ... the "titanic" movie gets made. and there are so many stories of upheaval and disruption ... the divorces, the new careers, the deaths. recrafting your life with the energy leads to some amazing success stories of life shifts. ignoring it will allow the energy to do its thing resulting in a life that is going to prove to you that you were actually here to live your life and not someone else's. if you don't use the energy, the world around you will shift and expose you to the life you were here to live, and give you choice after choice after choice to make (or not), to be free or not.
choice is the breath of life, remember to breathe.
if you are in crisis, it is a time for you to step-up, this is your life.

how many vampires do you have?
how, do you ask, do you recognize vampires -- and no, i'm not talking about people who are the creatures of the night who may or may not be amongst the undead, but rather as being the things that suck your energy from you ...
here on the internet you have likely NOT been able to go through this group experience without seeing a video or two on the illuminati or the corporate greed machine ... conspiracy theories abound, but what do those things really have to do with your everyday life?
after all, can you exist in america without a checking account? a social security number? a credit card? those are the tools of the so-called illuminati, the corporations, the "greed machines" ... so, how free can you truly be if you are born into and completely integrated into the system they have created?
every relationship you have, you choose to be in: good ones and bad ones. someone cannot maintain a relationship with you unless you reciprocate energy within the relationship. your engagement with individuals or companies are relationships -- just being a citizen of the united states -- born here or not -- is a chosen relationship. often these relationships, especially those with large organized energies designed with specific intent and purpose, are one-sided -- you are subjected to their conditions or rules or you are penalized, hurt, diminished. often, in relationships with corporate entities, your values or needs have little impact on the way they relate to you or treat you. it is, all about them -- some of the relationships you may inherit just from the happenstance of your birth.
astrologically, the 2nd/8th house and taurus/scorpio polarities are where these types of relationships are revealed. where the 2nd house is "personal resources," "personal values," or, as rob hand ("horoscope symbols", whiteford press, 1981, pp. 343-4) puts it, "the part of the ego that desires to flow beyond the boundaries of the body to attach itself to external entities, making them part of one's being," AND, where the 8th house is "other people's resources," "other people's values," or, as rob hand put it, "inner energies that want to reach out and experience the world, which compel one to shed any attachments that impede them, and which thus force one ahead toward growth and change" .... oh, the things that make me go 'hmmmmm'!
we want to have those carrots, we want the life we see portrayed, we want the things we want, often we want the things we think we have been born to have ... and, to the extent they are not given to us by our happenstance of birth, we go out and seek them. usually, in order to do so, we engage in their rules ... our needs and desires require us to attach ourselves to others to get what we want. the 8th house, "other peoples attachments" become attached to us. when that happened, did we know what exactly what that attachment was? did we care? or did we just want what we want without considering our inner energies' true needs and desires? because it is our inner energies that engaged in the relationship to bring about change and growth. some of the relationships we inherit we inherit for that same inner drive for change, growth and transformation -- even those things we inherit we need to examine to see if they are good relationships based on OUR values.
in her vampire series, anne rice's narrator of the story wanted to become a vampire. he sought it out. did he finally become one? i forget, as i read the books so long ago. but the one thing i remember is that lestat and the other vampires attacked victims at will, ruthlessly taking from 'innocent' victims all the time. yet, somehow, this narrator was 'protected' -- not with garlic or crosses, but with something different -- perhaps it was simply his awareness.
wanting what you want in life is important, knowing what you want in life is even more important. knowing the inner energies that drive you to allow the attachment of yourself to other people, their values and resources -- always remembering that their resources are only powerful if you choose to allow them to attach them to you -- will bring about the true change you ultimately desire. ultimately, everyone wants love -- then there are some who want security, freedom, power, peace, harmony. and the list could go on, but those are some of the basic desires of humans. each of your relationships -- inherited or consciously made -- must be examined.
the first step is to understand your own values and resources. this includes what you will and will not accept, tolerate or do in order to get what you want. you should evaluate each of your relationships and see if your values are being matched by the other person or entity, and how they consider and use their resources and attach themselves to your resources. is it a one-way street? that's not a relationship. is it a "do as i say or you are penalized" relationship? that is master-slave relationship. is a '"we are mutually benefitting" relationship -- where their needs are being filled by your resources and your needs are being filled by their resources, and the value you have is mutual growth and benefit?
i think if we are all honest without ourselves we realize that if the relationship does not fall into that last definition, there's no real reason to engage in the relationship UNLESS you have something else you need to learn about how to value yourself and how to relate to others -- this should be especially true in the area of finances.
and just like that last boyfriend who was no good, any company or organization -- no matter how big it is -- can be dropped off and left standing with their jaw open. of course, most corporations, banks, credit cards, governmental agencies won't really be phased by your dismissal, they may not even notice it or pay attention to it. that's ok because they have their own lessons to learn. the question for you is "am i doing what i need to do and am i worth it?' its not easy to be disengaged from the structure that is created to attach itself to your resources -- it is well designed and huge. it will take you going around things and constructing a life that is free from their attachments and re-making or constructing attachments you choose to make for healthy, balanced reasons -- the narrator in rice's vampire chronicles, sought out the relationship with the vampires, he was not a victim of them.

living sidereally in a tropical world
... welcome to the retrograde of the ages
we are in the dawning of the age of aquarius, but FIRST, the death of the age of pisces, then the dawn of the aquarian age.
without getting into the debate when the ages shift ... anywhere from it already happened in the 1920s, to it won't happen until the 27th century ... i think its clear that whether this is the precursor to the actual dawning or the dawning already happened, individually, we are all in various stages of the shift. and to be truthful, i choose not to subscribe importance or righteousness to any one philosophy over the other, they all exist, they all are sound, they all have flaws ... so, i accept them all for the insight they give me.
in this transition, i believe its important to consider the rulers of the ages we are discussing to understand the transition taking place. neptune, discovered 23 september, 1846, is a most remarkable planet in that the belief of its existence and discovery was based on mathmatical calculations based on the orbits of uranus, saturn and jupiter. although viewed as early as 1613 by galileo, it previously was viewed as a star. neptune is considered to be the ruler of pisces, having wrestled that position from pisces' traditional ruler, jupiter, amongst modern astrologers.
notably about this ruler is his existence. for those moving into the aquarian age sooner rather than later, they are among the first believers in the 'speculative' existence of neptune. the idea that this planet, male control of femine energy working together to bring an integrated, beautiful, spiritual reality is, for most people, impossible. but, there are others that look at the math, the numbers, the hypothesis and the theory of its existence and say, "YES! I see it too. I have faith that it exists and is real." i would speculate that all those that oppose say gay marriage would still subscribe and pay hommage to jupiter as the ruler of pisces and remain in the judgment/sacrifice pattern of the piscean age.
traditional teachings describe neptune to govern everything that should be fun, but isn't because it messes "reality" up for you. everything from drugs to hallucinations, un'realistic' views of the world that must be illusion or delusion, fantasy or just simply dreams. things like television and the movies fall under neptune's resources, some say to use to create someone else's reality for the rest of us to experience. and, in a sense, poisidion created a whole new realm of reality under the water ... but there are those who remember the sky and jupiter who once ruled pisces, but that was before the symbol for pisces was changed. the true difference is a fully integrated male energy dealing within the complete feminine energy of the water; whereas jupiter tried to rule the feminine watery realms from 'on high.'
in most astrological texts, i find the treatment of neptune to be diminutive, at best. most often described as the 'dreamer' or the 'unrealistic' planet of the zodiac, it is used mostly to determine how bad of a drug addict or alcoholic you will become.
the purpose of neptune and pisces is to create reality. choice is the tool to create reality. first, you see what reality you want. then, you see what reality is. then, rather than living in the reality that is, you live in the reality you choose and then you are living in the reality you are co-creating. the biblical (and other scriptures) teachings on this issue are numerous. the reason i believe neptune's energy has been so demonized is because of its ability to allow the simple human to be self-sourcing -- but neptune does it outside the personal ego alone, so it is self-sourcing through god (or the collective energy of the universe). its connection outside the ego gives it its immense power and ability to create reality in the form the ego desires, a power that cannot be controlled or usurped by ego-based power structures. enter the transition to the age of aquarius.
the aquarian age will no doubt start with the reconcilliation of its co-rulers, uranus and saturn. ouranus/uranus was castrated and de-throned by his son, kronus/saturn. what is interesting is uranus represents the father of saturn ... its kind of like meeting a person and knowing them for a while, and then you meet their parents. you become enlightened as to the 'source' of that person. i believe chiron is the key to the reconcilliation of the rulership issues of the age of aquarius.
what was that berlinski proposed, 'it follows that the philosophers who argue that it is fire that burns or blackens or scorches are quite mistaken. consider a ball of cotton that has been ignited. is the cause the match, and the effect the charred cotton?' it is not the fire that we can control, it is the match."
so, during this retrograde period we will be experiencing for a couple of months or years, or even centuries for the masses, in all that you do, the first question you MUST ask yourself is "what is my intent?" ... make money? ... be happy? ... have fun? ... all of the above? bear in mind the more focused the intent, the more purposeful the action you can take. as you begin to make choices, observe the results and reflect again on your intent and reconcile your effectiveness at manifesting your truest intent. this time in history will give immediate feedback and information to help you see through your conscious choices to underlying or unconscious habits, fears and desires. it is through the exercise of choices that can bring you the freedom from the structures containing and controlling you.
your attachment to time and the changing of the age, happens in your perspective first. bear in mind that not just the western world are attached to the gregorian calendar; as well, even before officially adopting the gregorian calendar in 1929, the jesuits modified the chinese calendar in the 1600s to align it with the gregorian calendar. the world, globally speaking, has never had such an attachment to one system of time. not that there's anything wrong with that, but it is the coming together of the end of the pisces age of 'oneness' -- even if it is a limited to an under water kingdom, to the age of aquarius when the desire to be free will manifest the past millenia's process of 'individualization.' personally, i believe that no matter the calendar or system of time you subscribe to, everyone's perception of reality is based on their own individual eternity time piece.
